I generally prefer la Quinta for night stay. But today this hotal gave me horrible experience. First they give room where is lotvof earth warm than give second room where is no freez no microwave when I told to reception they told we can’t give microwave you need to change room. We have change room again. Overall experience not good.
Only one office staff they have in night no other staff .
Staff behavior is good.
My first room The heater was not working at all.. i asked to be moved to a different unit.. they gave 2 beds which was nice, but also seen a roach.. very disgusting
The rooms we stayed at; the bathtub was not draining. Complaint twice to front desk. There is construction going on around the hotel that goes on until 8:30 pm. When tried checking out ad getting a refund for the nights we weren't using, hotel manager denied the request after informing them of our complaints. Wouldn't recommend them to stay.
