Everything was up to par and clean. The only problem would be Nicole, who was just plainly rude. She was there the first day we visited. I would not recommend any Customer Service jobs for her as it seemed more like customer disservice. She wouldn’t greet us barely responded when asked a question and when she did she had an attitude. Everybody else was friendly and courteous. She was the only negative experience there but that impacted the score I was able to give.

I had a change in plans at the last minute. Grace the evening clerk handled my situation with patience, confidence, and her knowledge and experience. She knew the booking system so well, she assured me every step of the way, of what should happen as she changed my reservation. She was successful and I was very impressed and appreciative! Good job!
