The lighting in the room was inadequate it was very dim. The reading lights at the side of the bed were brighter but could not be angled very well. The heating fan clicked in every few minutes but was very noisy. This was disturbing during the night.

My bathroom stank of pickled onion monster munch the entire time i was there, and the aircon was so noisy i had to double up on my earplugs. The floor in the lift was also sticky with spilled liquid. When I went down for breakfast I couldn't find a clean chair or table to sit at (admittedly i only looked at a few but they could have all been given a wipe after they were last vacated). The staff were nice though.
