Welcome to this cozy, well-laid-out apartment in a historic building. Fully equipped for 1 to 2 people: families, business travellers, and technicians—everyone feels right at home here. Ideally located in Stolberg’s Old Town near Aachen, public transportation and the Euregio train (200 m) are just a few steps away. Bakeries, supermarkets, an ice cream shop, a fast-food joint, and a pizzeria—all just around the corner—as well as free public parking. We love being hosts and look forward to welcoming you.
The accommodation
This second-floor apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, entryway, and bathroom, and is fully and comfortably equipped for both short and longer stays. Upon request, an additional single or double bed can be placed in the living room, creating two separate sleeping areas. A washer and dryer in the laundry room and a dishwasher are available to help with household chores. If the weather isn’t so nice, there’s a large TV in the living room. Wi-Fi is available and included.

Guest access
The entire living space is reserved exclusively for guests. You’ll receive a key, have your own entrance, and have the apartment entirely to yourselves without any disturbances.

Upon request, an additional single or double bed can be placed in the living room, creating two separate sleeping areas.
