Overall very happy. The air-conditioning is a bit noisy, but the view over the lake is great. On a rainy day kids enjoyed the TVs in all rooms.

The property is lovely and was perfectly located for our needs. We had a power outage caused by a storm, and a plumbing snafu, and the host responded and solved everything very quickly. We would stay again in a minute.

The property management company communicated outside of the VRBO app which was frustrating and left room for doubt on the legitimacy. Overall communication was great. There was a leak that I had to keep cleaning up throughout my stay. There was supposed to have been a plumber addressing it upon my arrival per a phone call an hour before check in, but I saw no evidence. Floors were very dirty, and I could not find a broom to sweep but there was a mop; however, mopping without sweeping was pointless. The kitchen was not as stocked with cooking equipment or utensils as I’m used to, but we managed. Beds were ok, location convenient to Cuyahoga Falls. Decent access to stores and restaurants. The sunroom was nice with good views but also a bit dirty. Floors were all tile and very cold. No rugs. Limited seating in the main room, trash had to be taken all the way to the road which was inconvenient.
