Extremely pleased. We stayed in the smallest room with the murphy bed and it was plenty big. Bed was comfortable and the room perfect for 2 people.

It was a very tiny space, but we knew that from the photo at time of booking. It was cozy and very clean. Appreciated that even though the property was very old, the plumbing and electrical outlets had been upgraded/updated, and that the bathroom had new fixtures.

Bright and clean. Good furnishings. Fresh cold water in the refrigerator. Frosted glasses in the freezer. Bed and. Couch very. Comfortable. Bathroom is clean, neat seems to be brand new. We would stay again any time. ONLY complaint is the refrigerator rumbles. It's noisy

Honestly

Pros: location
Cons: lots
Location: It is located on the main street in Stowe so the town attractions, eateries and shops are all close by.
Heritage house in great location downtown Stowe, VT. I have stayed in every type of hotel from 1* to 5* all over the world. This is the first time I stayed at a property where there was no one to welcome you [thus hospitality zero], no one during your stay, and no one when you leave. This is almost a B&B without the breakfast. I probably had the least expensive room but even so, the lack of hospitality and charm gives this a low rating.

Quaint and homey

First off the lower floor is under construction. Eventually it will be a bed and breakfast. For now just a room. However, the rooms are incredibly quaint. Not finished like in a magazine. More like your grandmother's house. You can open the windows and sit in comfy chairs. Each room has a full kitchen and bath. It is very quiet and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel in the center of Stowe!

Wow! This place is amazing! I loved the New England charm and the quaintness. The place was extremely clean and has everything you need in the kitchen and more. It is right in the middle of Main Street making it in walking distance to everything. Truly enjoyed our trip.
