There was an extra pet fee doubling the cost which was undisclosed. The hot tubs were unusable and the parking lot was like an ice rink

We understand that you have been communicating with the General Manager who showed you where the Pet Policy and fees are on the website you booked as well as showing you live video feed of the hot tubs which showed them being in proper maintained conditions. That being said we do not entertain false reviews when you have received live pictures and screen shots showing the opposite of your claims. We hope you find a property that does not charge for a pet and wish you the best the next time you visit Vermont.
