Sunny, comfy and open, this upstairs unit with mountain views is perfect for a family or couples relaxing getaway! There is plenty of space outside to enjoy an afternoon bbq with lawn games or an evening cocktail. You are conveniently located in Stowe on VT 100 and can access the best local hiking, biking, skiing, shopping, dining and drinking spots in minutes! This is a top floor unit in a 1920’s farmhouse with original hardwood floors. It is comfortable, bright, open and perfect for your couples getaway or family vacation no matter the season! You’ll have access to the entire top floor unit, ensuring your privacy and comfort. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare a delicious meal with your family or friends. The unit is designed to accommodate a family of four or two couples. There are two spacious bedrooms. One room has a king bed and the other a queen bed. The beds are comfy, plush really nice to sleep in! During the summer, you can look forward to cool VT breezes that sweep through the unit. There is also a spacious outside grass area for you to have an afternoon bbq with lawn games, enjoy a sunset cocktail or gather around the fire pit at night to roast marshmallows under the starry Vermont sky! During the winter the space offers a cozy, warm ambiance and the outside area can be used to sled, snow shoe or build snow forts! Whether you're seeking a tranquil escape from city life or a memorable vacation with your loved ones, we think our place offers the perfect blend of classic farmhouse charm and modern convenience! The outside lawn area is awesome for hanging out, sitting around the fire, playing corn hole and other lawn games! The lawn is shared with the top and bottom units but the fire pit is for use with the upstairs unit. There is also a walking path for exploring in the back towards the hay field! You will probably see deer in the morning and evening! We are always available via text or phone, if you need anything let us know! You can hit the road with your bike or car and explore the best of Vermont's natural beauty within minutes! The unit is located on VT route 100 only 1 mile from Stowe Village and 9 miles to Spruce Peak Lodge! The Roastery is just next door and if you are a coffee fan, it's a must! You are very close to some of the best hiking, biking, drinking and eating in Stowe! If you would like some suggestions, please let us know! Parking for this unit is near the mailboxes for two vehicles. We suggest that you park parallel to RT 100 to allow for easier in and out as the road can get busy sometimes. If it's winter time and it is easier for you, please feel free to park in the bigger driveway in front of the bottom unit. We are located about 1 mile outside Stowe village on VT route 100. There can be 'traffic' noise from the street in the early morning and evening as locals make their commute. As a bonus, one of the best cups of coffee in VT is just next door, you can go there in your jammies!
