Everything! For the price of 200 euros per night it was shocking! ($ 340 CDN ). It is unacceptable. No amenities 1 towel. 3rd floor it was like a subway until 4:30am. Never will I recommend this place or return.

The only thing that was very annoying was the party noise from the in-house garden, which went on nonstop until 4:00 a.m. and made it difficult for me to sleep well. It happened on both nights I was there

The stay was okay overall. The hostel itself isn’t directly responsible, but it was a bit noisy at night, which affected the sleep quality. The staff at the breakfast area could have been more welcoming , their attitude felt a bit indifferent and not very hospitable. Facilities-wise, the men’s toilet area could use some attention. One of the shower rooms was out of operation, and another one had a broken lock, which made things uncomfortable. A little more maintenance would go a long way. Not a terrible experience, but with some improvements in service and facilities, it could have been much better.

Hostel lost important medication they were storing for me. Couldn't locate it for over 6 hours after I left to catch a train. Want me to pay for them to mail it to me. You have caused the problem, expecting me to pay to fix it is absurd. Hostel is now unresponsive. No accountability. Pathetic customer service.

Noisy hostel, not comfortable for solo travellers.

Would not stay here again, the location was great but that’s the only positive. The hostel doesn’t have lockers unless you pay for them and these are located downstairs not in the rooms. The bottom bunk is basically on the floor and the bar downstairs has extremely loud music playing until late. The music literally vibrates the bed so even with noise cancelling earphones in I was still kept awake all night. The staff were not very polite or helpful. I got up to go to the toilet in the morning and there were two men in the women’s toilets showering, shouting and laughing with each other which made me extremely uncomfortable. I did not feel safe as a solo female traveller and would not recommend to others either.
