The Riverfront Retreat
Rent this 2-BR, 2-BA popular Antigua floor plan with sweeping views across the wide water of the Indian River Intra-coastal Waterway. This residence features ceramic tile flooring throughout, and a glass enclosed patio to expand the interior living space. Two flat screen TV's and a 3rd TV in the Guest bedroom. Wi-Fi Service included. Bayview is the only privacy gated community within the Indian River Plantation Resort. Bayview also offers a community exercise facility, clubhouse, swimming pool, car wash area, and covered awning parking.
Booking date must be at least 30 days prior to check in date. Bayview Condo Association requires tenant application to be filled out and approved at least 30 days before tenant arrival. We will email you a copy of the application to complete once you have booked the property. Utility allowance of $100/month during the off season. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.
