Staff was excellent. Room was not as clean as I would like-hair in the bed. The pillows were fluff or rock hard, not comfortable. Lots of hot water. Looks like they were in the midst of renovations. Would not stay again.

Back entry to room filthy. Found it hard to believe any business would alow it to be this messy. No more than 30 minutes of work. Bedroom nice but what looks like and might be “black mildew” in tub corner.

Called ahead to specify needed first floor and easy access due to mobility issues and have licensed service dog. Was assured they had a room that would satisfy these issues. Arrived at the end of a long day, pouring rain, to find my room was a ways from any parking. Then was told better to use another door. That door was blocked with materials in construction, a pile of refuse and other things blocking the cement step up, a dangerous situation for me. I then had to go back to the front desk, the manager was kind and got me a laundry cart, so I could load up by the front door and then with my dog push the cart to the room. The young woman at front desk did not seem to understand, told my no mobility rooms, someday. Know they are working hard to remodel, but was unsafe situation for me.

We mainly choose to stay here because of the excellent hot breakfast, including the great tasting coffee. Parking was right outside our window. Staff check in was very nice and friendly. Enjoyed the little gift bag of treats and water. The bedding was nice and white, along with towels. However the curtains were ripped, which we pointed out to the front desk clerk so that we wouldn't get charged that $250.00 that they put on our credit card upon check in. The shower wall grout lines need cleaning, but were told that they will be going under major renovations shortly and all issues would be addressed. We stay here for medical appointments and enjoy the stay....

The hotels has a restaurant and its wonderful! A 10/10 experience the food was great the service was great, it was better then Montana’s! The only thing i would say is that the room we had needs some maintenance. The bathroom especially, the bath was in rough shape, i wouldn’t of let me child go in, rusted corners. But i would definitely go again because i was treated with a wonderful staff!

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. However the room was very run down. Peeling paint, black mould in the bathroom around the tub and on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the carpets, and on the linens. My pillow was also a flat as a board. The walls had partially patched walls and there was a drill hole in the door. The chair in our room had a giant stain.

This is a very good property to book for Sudbury, especially if you have a vehicle. Easy to access and amenities were very good! Would recommend this to anyone and will surely rebook there when visiting Sudbury again. Breakfast was very good with many selections available!
