Staff was excellent. Room was not as clean as I would like-hair in the bed. The pillows were fluff or rock hard, not comfortable. Lots of hot water. Looks like they were in the midst of renovations. Would not stay again.

Back entry to room filthy. Found it hard to believe any business would alow it to be this messy. No more than 30 minutes of work. Bedroom nice but what looks like and might be “black mildew” in tub corner.

I had asked for a room facing the main parking lot and was put in a room that wasn’t even facing the parking lots. I was also put in a room where pets are allowed and it smelled like wet dog in the room. There were no hooks to hang the clothes in the washroom and no poles or hooks to hang anything in the closet. There was no Kleenex anywhere in the room. The fridge was really noisy. Not enough plugs to plug our phones to recharge. We had to unplug the microwave and other things to have a place to plug our smart phones. The bed was really low. We didn’t get any water in our little grab bag that we usually receive when we check in. Overall I was very disappointed. I’ve been staying at that motel many times in the past but there’s a good chance that this was my last time.

The carpet and bead spread was stained, the bathroom stank and the vents were clogged with dust with shelfes missing and towels in a heap. The staff were very friendly but the room was not worthy of 3 stars or the price. Breakfast was good.

While there were a large number of people checking in around 4:30pm they had two efficient front desk workers quickly checking everyone in. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had good quality Dove brand hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The free breakfast was adequate.

Second floor fire doors (clearly identified as such by signage) are supposed to remain closed when not in use. That’s what the signage says. The one near our room was kept open with a wooden doorstop. I removed the doorstop before retiring at night, but by morning the doorstop was back in place. Overall, this hotel now feels neglected & rundown. Junk is being stored under stairwells. The mattress on our bed was exposed, with the large label showing.
