The service was very good and staff very nice. The room I was beautiful for the price, however the carpet was a little dirty in the room and had wet patch in the hallway (not fun to step in unknown liquid on your way to the machine) The bed was comfy but the walls are made out of paper. The other guess were extremely loud very early in the morning. If you're looking for a very good night of sleep I would not recommend as you can hear everything! Babies crying, children screaming, adults having conversations in the hallway, car door closing outside. No privacy or soundproof whatsoever. The toilet was also defective in the morning, wouldn't stop making noise even tho it could flush. This is a good cheaper accomodation.

The carpet in the room should be removed, it smells bad. I was going to use a so-called “clean” facecloth when I was about to shower but once it got wet I saw how dirty it looked so of course I didn’t use it. Either the laundry service is very poor or these are way too old and need to be replaced. The room only had 1 nightstand and my husband and I have medical devices CPAP machines that we use at night and there was no place to put one of them because 1 side of the bed was up against the wall. I went to the reception to tell them but the worker was kind of rude. He said an upgraded room would cost an additional $25. A maintenance man came to move the bed over and we had to place the machine on top our suitcase.

Staff was excellent, polite and very accommodating. Carpets not very clean, easy access to room, close parking hard to find after 7pm. Although Perkins is on site, very pricey. Great area close to a lage variety of restaurants & shopping.
