I cancelled my room immediately! I paid for a deluxe room with drive up parking. What I got was parking on the other side of the parking lot. My wife and I have mobility issues so I paid the extra fees. I was charged an extra $150.00 because I used Expedia to book my room ( security deposit) The staff involved, less than understanding, That being said I cancelled and left!

its more about the check in i called the hotel a few days ahead of my visit too make sure they had a room booked through expedia and they told me i did not so had to book another room when i went to check in they said i had two rooms booked and my credit card was charged for this expedia room which i was told i did not have ? i would like a refund from expedia for the second room charged which i did not use. thank you

We used the pullout sofa in our room. We were handed a bag at check in with the bedding to make up ourselves and then when we opened up the sofabed it had bits of food and crumbs that we had to clean off prior to using.

The coffee machine sucked, it was low on outlets and the TV was notoriously bad to use. Those are my only complaints however, everything else was decent to good.

I used to stay at this property on a regular basis about 20 years ago and was there about 15 years ago. I was really saddened to see the decline in upkeep and standards. We had a 2 double bed room but only 2 sets of towels that were so 'thin' and cheap. Before their linens were amazing. Inexpensive coffee (never heard of it before) and my bed was so soft, old mattress?? I won't be returning to this site if going through Sudbury again.
