La Terraza de les Palmeres gets its name from its spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sea breeze in both its dining and outdoor living areas.
Located just 100 meters from the seashore, you can enjoy the beautiful climate of the Valencian coast.
Upon arrival, you'll always find water and soft drinks in the refrigerator, as well as coffee by the coffee maker, to make your stay in the apartment even more pleasant.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. Dishes, wine glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
In the indoor living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV, a workspace with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for easy connectivity. The apartment also has a 600MB fiber optic connection.
The bathroom has a large shower.
There are three bedrooms, all double (two with double beds and one with two single beds).
It is located on the second floor, accessible by a convenient staircase.
Parking won't be a problem, as there is a public parking lot located 50 meters away.
