This recently remodeled 2 bed 1 bath also includes a jacuzzi and is located in Big Bear City 7.4 miles to Bear Mountain and 7 miles to Snow Summit for all you skiers and snowboarders. along with Bear Mountain Golf Course and The Moonridge Zoo. Come and enjoy all 4 seasons here, make great memories with your friends and family. This home has all the makings for the perfect mountain getaway. Relax and unwind with family and friends in the jacuzzi and in front of the beautiful rock fireplace, along with a nice flat-screen TV to cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie with the family. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs to make some great memories in the kitchen with the kids.

• Bath towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided
• You will need heavy duty trash bags for your trash, not provided. City code requires all guests deposit their trash at the local dumpsite upon departure. Directions to the site are provided at the cabin.
• During cold weather you will probably want to bring firewood for the fireplace or you can purchase at local stores when you arrive. 
• “Things Good To Know” are posted on the refrigerator door for you.

~Rental agreement must be signed prior to check in date.
~No renters under the age 21.
~No smoking indoors
~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.
~Firewood is not provided for guest use.
~Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided)
~If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee
~No beer, wine, lotions, grease, or dirt in the Jacuzzi/spa.
~IT IS BEST TO SHOWER BEFORE YOU USE THE SPA
~ Any lotions, oils, hairspray, sunscreen on your body could turn the water and make it unusable.
~If the spa needs to be drained and filled you will be charged $75 drain and fill fee.
~Guest Services calls after 10 pm are for emergencies only.
~Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
~ When available late checkout fee is $75, due after you check-in at the property.
