As you enter any of Driftwood Properties' locations, you'll be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine from Fess Parker Winery along with 2-1 wine tasting cards, exclusive access to local discounts at a variety of locations, and free workouts at CycleBar Santa Barbara if anyone is looking for a little health & wellness treat! Upon booking you'll receive full access to the Driftwood Club, an exclusive guest only experience featuring local discounts, free amenities and more!
Looking for the perfect romantic getaway or a quiet stay in a beautiful neighborhood just minutes from the beach? Gillian's Room is a unique, dog friendly cottage that offers beautiful views, an outdoor patio, bikes and more! Enjoy being minutes from the beach, downtown Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and the many other attractions right at your fingertips!

The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (but no stove or oven).
There is no washer/dryer.
The adult-size bike and garden patio are shared with the other half of the duplex.
1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle in the driveway.

Parking available out front. Look for "Gillian's Room" sign.
Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.

Quiet little getaway

Cozy on the slightly cramped side. Ok for a quiet getaway not too far from the ocean. Check tide charts if you plan on enjoying the beach. Great host with excellent communication.

Nice Retreat!

We enjoyed our time in Gillian's Room. The location was very good for us and we liked walking around the quaint village of Summerland. Aidan was super helpful and with timely communication.

Quiet neighborhood up on a hill but in need of alittle TLC.

Tiny place. Kitchen and bath barely enough room to turn around in. I had difficulties with a couple of temporary problems: No chair to sit on - anywhere (landlord says it was out for repairs - but still... a temporary arrangement would have helped since nowhere to sit while putting on my shoes). Large heavy packages had been delivered... blocked the single small parking place..,too heavy for me to move much. Challenging to park. Told landlord, but nothing was done. Kitchen has no water supply. No directions for operating coffee maker and everthing in kitchen set up for very tall person (which I am not). Suggest landlord be at least a little attentive to guest needs.

Summerland Getaway

This cute cottage holds true to the description & gave us everything we were looking for! Location can’t be beat; walking distance to shops, park & beach. Cleanliness & details matter in a stay away from home and nothing was overlooked. Thank you Aiden for keeping us informed! We look forward to visiting again in the future.
