This hidden Canadian gem will take your breath away. Skiing on 4,270 acres, dog sledding, ice fishing, snow shoeing and ridding snowmobiles sound unbelievable. Winter is not your season? What about hiking, enjoying a nice dinner on a patio or cross-country biking? Fancying some swimming or learning to paddle? These are just a few activities you can enjoy while staying in Sun Peaks, one of the best resorts in Canada.
And no matter which season you choose, we have a perfect house with a perfect location for a perfect little getaway for you.
Soleil Chalet is a custom-built mountain home. Its convenient location will allow you and your family to be close to the village and the main ski area of the resort. Not feeling like skiing today? Read a book in front of the fireplace. Watch a movie with your family in your media room with plenty of space for everybody. Your kids can choose between a TV, DVD, or even VCR (let them guess what it is first). Maybe they can enjoy themselves playing the Xbox and you play some pool on your private pool table in the basement. Feeling like exercising? Use the gym that is there only for you. Or just sleep in. The house offers 4 bedrooms and comes with 3 full bathrooms.
The open concept of Soleil Chalet allows you to enjoy the company and the view. And cooking in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops was never this much fun. You can enjoy your family dinner at the dining table for 8 with additional 4 stools at the kitchen island. Or throw some steaks on the BBQ on the balcony. The spacious deck invites you to enjoy your first cup of coffee made by the Keurig coffee maker, while enjoying the sunrise. And if you are lucky you might see some wildlife wandering around.
This house has 3153 sq. ft. and can sleep up to 10 people.
As a bonus, Soleil Chalet has a garage for 2 cars equipped with a charger for electric vehicles.
The house is dog friendly (1 dog allowed, pet fee applies) and is non-smoking.
Please note - there is a rented suite with separate entrance tucked away on the north corner of the house.
