Creekside Condo 1296 - Bright & Sunny w/ Sun Valley Amenities & Mountain View

LOCATION, Location, Location. This Sunny 2 Bd + Loft Bd / 2 bath, 2-level condo (fully remodeled in 2023) on prime community highpoint, with both Trail Creek and Bald Mountain views, offers 1113 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 8 guests. As you enter this condo, there is an extra-large deck with a teak table, chairs plus an umbrella for relaxing on those warm sunny days by Trail Creek. On the main level is the living room, with all new furniture, including a pullout sleeper sofa, the dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom, and bathroom.

The Living Room has high ceilings with great natural light, a gas fireplace, and a 41-inch flat screen with a streaming TV (no cable). The Dining area can seat 6 guests. The Kitchen has new granite countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, & stove/oven. There is also a stacked washer/dryer in the hallway closet off the kitchen. Past the kitchen is the Primary Bedroom with a Queen bed, 24-inch flat-screen streaming TV (no cable), a walk-in closet, and Mountain views. The new, full-size Primary Bathroom has a single vanity sink and bathtub/shower combo.

On the second level is a Trail Creek & Mountain view bedroom with Two Twin Beds, a 24-inch flat-screen streaming TV (no cable), a walk-in closet with access to a new, full-size hallway Bathroom. The Hall Bathroom has a single vanity sink and bathtub/shower combo. The loft bedroom overlooking the living room has a King Bed but can be set up as two twin beds. The Loft has superior Bald Mountain views and access to the hallway Bathroom. There is a small balcony off of this room, accessible by the screen door.

Complex Features: The Creekside Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, the perfect location for beginner skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle bus that stops at the entrance to the Creekside condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk/bike ride on the paved trails.

Sun Valley Resort Amenities: 5 person amenities passes are available per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and The Lodge pool are NOT available per Sun Valley Lodge Policy. Only during the peak summer season, the amenities pass includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rates for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.

Please note: The Creekside Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Alpine Lodging properties. Please call our office if you are traveling with a service animal so we can help you find the best property for your stay. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Great place to stay. Gorgeous view! Only minor feedback is regarding property management. The company is very nice and responsive, but property specific instructions would be appreciated. Some instructions were lacking and some were clearly a template for all properties that led to unclear expectations that had to be clarified. Overall 10/10

Great location to Sun Valley village. Private spot facing the creek. Very clean and organized with lots of kitchen essentials and extras like pool towels, umbrella and games. Wish the primary bedroom had a king bed, and perhaps a better seating arrangement for the family room but overall it was a really nice stay.

Beautiful retreat in Sun Valley

The grounds and location are amazing! Right by the golf course and close to the Olympic pool. We could ride our bikes from the condo into town or to many mountain bike trails. The kitchen is very well-stocked with supplies. There were plenty of dishes, towels, blankets/pillows, etc. The portable ac fans were very nice. The inside has not been updated in quite some time (my 11-year-old is guessing 100 years, lol), but it’s clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

This property is, obviously, loved by the owner. The furnishings are comfortable and tastefully done; entire unit nicely supplied with more than basic necessities. The location is idyllic - gorgeous views and privacy. The deck is adequate for entertaining 10-15 people.
