Conveniently located near Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain, this charming condo is full of light and ready to welcome you. Take in a lovely mountain and ski view from one of two balconies, or enjoy the upscale gas fireplace in the living room. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to put meals together. The light colors and eclectic decor throughout will help you settle in and enjoy yourself. All bedrooms are upstairs, so you can catch some sleep and enjoy the quiet while everyone makes plans downstairs.

During the summer, guests of this condo will be close to extensive hiking and mountain bike trail systems in the Sun Valley area and premier fly fishing. That's in addition to the updated shared pool, hot tub, tennis amenities, and pickleball court - all available for guest use. This complex's park-like setting is sure to set the tone for good times.

Valley Gem Upper may be rented with Valley Gem Lower as Valley Gem (Entire Home) to accommodate up to seven (7) people (MAX).

THINGS TO KNOW
Bus to slope.
A 4x4 may be required to reach this condo in winter.
You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Elkhorn Amenities available on Seasonal Basis. Elkhorn and Harker Center Pools are closed mid September through end of November and mid April until Memorial Day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

It was nice! It would be helpful if there were dish towels and a sponge or scrubber in the kitchen. Also the entry code is way too long and you have to do it really fast. 4 numbers would be easier. We would stay again!

Great location and community

Property is pretty much advertised as is. Make sure you pay attention to the comments on the parking garage size as parking is extremely limited if you can’t use the garage. Property is within 10 minutes of downtown Ketchum and onsite amenities are great. Only issue we had was difficulty with the upstairs fan remotes. Otherwise, would highly recommend this property.

Elkorn village Idaho condo

Property was excellent and comfortable and the area is so well appointed for hiking and biking and golf if you want to spend the money. We didn't receive a vode to access the pool although wasn't a game changer. The condo was very hard to find..took me 30 minutes along a totally dsrk obscure corridor. Then day 2 the house code didn't work. Called the vacasa agent in south america? She tried forb20 minutes to reset code. No luck.Again it is pitch dark even in the day. She said a vacasa agent would contact me..2 hours later i called vacasa again. This gentleman was very helpful and called the local vacasa agent who wasn't available but his associate came in his place in 20 minutes. He could not use the ket code either. Opened lock box.No key. Ultimately i.guess used a master to open the door. And he was aghast at the lack of lighting at the door. Changed one bulb. Tried to chane the overhead bulb..didn't work.Called the homeowner associates who did fix the light the next day. He also gave us a workable key which we used instead of the code pad for the remainder of our stsy. I don't fault the owners but i think they need to have a strong chat with vacasa phone response obviously out of the country. Otherwise well situated and comfortable condo and beyond the 1st 2 day's has was great!

Beautiful place, as advertised, but furniture very uncomfortable.

The place is lovely. Very clean. All is as advertised. We have stayed at many of the places in the same complex over the last ten years. We usually come up about 10-12 times per year. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars, the lowest I've ever given any condo in this complex, is because the beds/couches/dining room chairs were hands down the worst we've all experienced. They look beautiful, but we all woke up with backaches. Our king bed was the softest bed we've ever slept on, very uncomfortable. The couch in the living room, very pretty, extremely soft and very deep. The dining room chairs also uncomfortable. Hands down the worst furniture all of us had ever experienced, could not wait to come home to get a decent night's sleep. I don't think a pillow topper can help this bed! Not sure there is anything that can be done to salvage that couch!!! Again beautiful, but when the entire family has difficulty standing up after 15 minutes you know it's not a good situation. The other thing for me personally was the number of stairs to get to the condo carrying your luggage, and then another steep stairway to get to the bedrooms. I'll always look for something on VRBO, just not this condo. Thank you. Marta
