Several issues when i am locked out of my own room because the key cards dont work more than once or twice before they need reset. It was 12am when i went to get a new one. No one at the desk. Note saying will return. Helping a guest. I waited. Then i went out of hotel to eat. Came back at 3am still no one attending the lobby but the door open for just anyone to walk in. I ended up calling the number and no answer. Called again. Woke someone up i guess and they said they would be right out. No real apology just scanned the key cards and i mentioned no one being there for 3 hours he was like (i see)

Parking was easy. Location very accessible to everything. The issue i have with this location is the key cards stop working after the first or second use and it was pretty inconvenient to have no one at the desk for 3 hrs between midnight and 3 am when i was locked out because both key cards would not work. I had to call the number at the front desk and the first time no one answered. I repeatedly called until i evidently woke someone. They helped redo the key cards. But very inconvenient.

Weekend stay

Customer service was great from the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was nice with cereal,yogurt,frenchtoast,waffles,bagels,oatmeal etc. also coffee,tea and several juices. Plenty of parking too.

The room was clean. The space was nice and quiet. The property near the dumpsters could be better maintained as there is some trash like doors not used anymore set off to the side. Such a pretty pond should have some kind of seating for guests instead of trash. Thebstaff was great. Very kind. Parking was easy and well maintained. The bathroom for room 131 is in need of a few repairs, towel holder fell off when i tried to hang the towel afrer my shower and the inside of the shower has a ledge that someone must have put all their weight on because it was about to fall off the wall. But the glass was beautiful and new and the shower itself was nice.

Came to the area for a church event, first room was disgusting, smelled bad and giant pee stain on mattress amongst whatever else was on there. Talked to the lady about switching rooms and she got an attitude and said the room was clean. I told her I wanted a different room. She stated they were booked but she guesses she could give us a different room. Which meant someone else had that room. DISGUSTING!!! Food was cold and stale like it sat out all night. Will not be back.

The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and attentive. If you're considering this hotel, carefully reconsider that based on my opinion in my experience. Housekeeping is only once every four days. While the room had a window, the electric lights or four and few between, and I found it dark when they were on. The electrical outlets, as well or far and few between. They had problems with their phone system so every time somebody called the front desk from their room phone. It rang in my room which disturb me many times during the evening and night. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done to correct it. There are no automatic doors, entrance doors to the facility, so it's not easy if you have your hands full with luggage and things. Handicapped people, people with disabilities, might find this the problem. When I had to cut short my stay, by one day, this facility could not do that for me, and they told me to contact the place I made the reservation at which was Expedia. I regret having made this reservation on Expedia for many reasons. But there was no way to edit or change the departure date on Expedia so accordingly I was charged for an extra day because there was no way to cancel it. There were many much better hotels within a stones throw from this facility, and I should've been more careful in choosing a place to stay. Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonald's, etc. are within 100 to 200 yards of this facility and the others.
