Introducing the prestigious Moonlight Manor. An impressively beautiful home, featuring over 6000 sq ft of luxury finishes, heated private pool, poolside fire pit, two incredible bar areas, and a large private dock with a 12x28 slip! Breathtaking views of the main channel at mile marker 24. Located in the highly sought after Shawnee Preserve subdivision.
**Please note that the pool will be closed from October to April.
Kitchen and Dining Area The open concept gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, high end luxury finishes, quartz countertops, a drip coffee maker, expresso machine, and large breakfast bar that seats four. The dining area has a table that seats six with floor to ceiling windows for breathtaking views while you dine!
Living Room The living room features vaulted ceilings, large windows to let in the natural light, an electric fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, large sectional, and a chair with ottoman. There are sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront balcony which has four rockers for the perfect place to watch the sunset!
Master The master is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, side tables, chair, dresser, flat screen TV and sliding glass doors with access to the balcony. There is an attached master bathroom with double vanity sinks, a makeup vanity, large walk-in closet, and an impressive walk-in shower complete with a soaking tub inside of the shower!
Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony which has a round top table with seating for six. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 The third bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, closet, two chairs, and a flat screen TV.
Downstairs Living Room and Kitchenette The second living area features gorgeous views of the main channel, a sectional, two chairs, an electric fireplace, mounted flat screen TV, a workspace with desk, and sliding glass doors that open to the lower balcony, which features a large outdoor sectional and a balcony bar table with seating for six. There is a beautiful kitchenette complete with wine cooler, full size refrigerator, and bar top with seating for four.
Theatre Room Located off the living room, there is an in-home theatre. Enjoy movie night with the family in the theatre style leather seating, large flat screen TV, and sound system!
Bedroom 4 The fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed, floating nightstands, flat screen TV, dresser, and a walk-in closet. There is a shared bathroom with double vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 5 The fifth bedroom features full-sized bunk beds, a flat screen TV and shared bathroom with double vanity sink and walk- in shower.
Bedroom 6 The sixth bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with a double vanity sink, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
Outdoor Bar Outside on the lowest level you will find an incredible bar area featuring a glass overhead door, flat screen TV, commercial ice maker, wine cooler, and a large bar top with seating for six. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower. Outside of the bar you will find a large table with seating for eight, an outdoor kitchen space complete with a blackstone, charcoal grill, and propane grill. There is a covered seating area with a couch and four chairs.
Pool The home features a stunning private lakeside heated pool! There are sun loungers as well as a poolside gas firepit for the chilly nights!
Dock Down at private dock you will find a round top table with seating for six, sun loungers, wet steps, infinity steps and a 12x28 boat slip!

Also located just a short drive from Osage Beach and the Bagnell Dam Strip.

Beautiful home, on a perfect spot at the lake. Enjoyed the use of the pool and boat docks. Only our 1st time renting a home here and it was a wonderful experience
The house is gorgeous and the property photos and description was accurate. The property manager was extremely responsive which we appreciated! It is a brand new house on a perfect place on the lake, right around the corner from The Paradise, a fun bar/restaurant. Ok food there, not great. The house has a small slip available where you can park a rental boat. The house owners have their beautiful boat and jet skis parked in the other slips.The kitchen is well stocked with lovely dishes and cookware. There is a coffee maker and keurig, and plenty of filters. The bathrooms are gorgeous and some basics are provided, such as soap and shampoo etc. The pool is lovely. We were wishing there was a hot tub as our week was chilly.A few things I would change:-Shades in the bedroom would be great as it is BRIGHT in those rooms very early in the morning- making it impossible to sleep in.-There are new houses going in on both sides of the house. So, there is a lot of construction noise if you are trying to relax at the pool. Excavators, hammering, etc. obviously, this is out of their control- but I wanted future renters to be aware. -The fire pit could use some updatingOverall we had a wonderful trip and we would consider renting this property again
