Best value per person is : A Peace of Heaven at The Colony II community of Oyster Bay. Slow down and relax .Our beautiful condo, sets the standard. You can call me at 828.310.7700. It is a clean, modern condo that will have you feeling right at home as soon as you arrive. It is decorated with reprints of the local area from artist Ken Buckner. 2 bedrooms, each has 2 queen beds dresser, nightstand, wall mounted 40" Smart TV. 2 bathrooms, both with tub and shower. Linens are provided each and bathroom has a hairdryer. One tub is oversized and jetted. Fully equipped kitchen, with extras like programmable dual pot coffee maker, crock pot, ice tea maker, and of course a dish washer. The dining table seats 4 also there are 2 TV tray tables and the bar seats 2. Washer & dryer. Living room is roomy with a full sofa, loveseat and chair and 50" Smart TV and Blue Ray Player. Private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the limited views of the intracoastal waterway. Wonderful wooded view also with much bird actively. The charcoal grill is located just steps away as is the Large outdoor pool (seasonal) with plenty of chairs. Indoor pool (heated) and hot tub both are open year round. Workout room. Pools are free...no extra charge. Streaming TV services available. Bring your log in info. Plenty of choices for food, music, shopping all located in a short distance of the condo. Hit the Links with 43 golf courses in a 15 mile area of the condo. Drive a few more miles south to the Myrtle Beach area for a choice of over 100 courses. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina within a few miles. Lots of fun & unique shops to discover. The main attraction The Beach. Sunset Beach is a wide flat beach with gentle waves and a fishing pier. Stroll along the 3 mile beach, make your way to Kindred Spirt the infamous mailbox to write you thoughts about your day or your dreams for the future. There is free air conditioned restrooms. The public parking is pay per day. Lounging on the beach is a great way to renew your sprit or blast away jumping waves all day! The beach is relaxed and friendly where you can read all day or chat with a new friend.

Great condo & location

Our trip to Sunset Beach was for a girls weekend. We rented the condo from Sandra for Thursday - Sunday. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. There are two large bedrooms with 2 queen beds each. Each bedroom had bathrooms that were very large. The porch is large enough to sit comfortably around the table and enjoy some drinks. It faces the east so it was nice to sit in the morning and evening. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi on the property. It is located very close to the condo.One thing to keep in mind, the condo is on the second floor so you will need to climb about 14 steps to get to it.Things to bring: coffee (ground or kcups), food, extra papertowels and TP (some are provided but you'll always want to make sure to have enough), beach/pool towels, and games. Pool chairs are available, but we didn't use them.

Awesome visit

Great condo. Very clean and the owner was super easy to work with. We visited for a golf trip and was perfect for our group of four. Several golf courses within minutes of this condo. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful quiet location, but still close to restaurants.

This was a great place to stay. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Had a wonderful vacation here. Lovely balcony. Recommend the Oyster Rock in Calabash and House's just around the corner, both have amazing food.

Will book again!

This property was in an ideal location for the location of events we needed to attend this weekend. After exploring this area we will definitely book again because there is plenty to do without being in the middle of the normal beach chaos. Unit was very clean and everything we needed for our short stay was available. Owner made communicating a breeze. The complex’s was nice even and we’ll kept even one week after hurricane Iva.

Beautiful home away from home.

The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were items available to take to the beach as well. I loved that it was a corner unit. It was quiet and peaceful. The owner was easy to communicate with regarding our reservation and checking in was a breeze. The only downside to this condo was that the master bedroom had a wall air conditioning unit like a hotel does, while the rest of the house had central air conditioning. We found we had to keep the bedroom door open at night for the room to stay cooler, but this was no problem for us at all. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home Sandy!
