You can do everything or absolutely nothing at this beautiful hideaway, with all the comforts you need to unwind, and for those with children, to keep your family content and happy. The house (formerly known as 'Beechwood') is perfect for a family who loves the feeling of being together but still enjoy having enough space to do their own thing, or simply for a quiet retreat to zen away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house, front garden and gorgeous pool all face North onto Noosa's National Park in a tropical lush rainforest setting. The gorgeous pool is heated during the cooler months in Autumn, Winter and Spring. We do not heat it in Summer as we find it more refreshing during the hot season The house itself is private and secure, with a secure front gate and garage to the front of the house.

Once you access the main gate you are met by an undercover walkway leading towards the house.To the right hand side there is a beautiful spacious king/2 single bed studio (plus single fold away bed) suite with its own entry, pool/garden view, powder room and living with TV, which flows seamlessly into the main house and is perfect for a couple, teenage retreat or young family. This room is newly re-modeled with a bathroom.

The main level comprises of open plan kitchen, dining and living with huge sliding doors flowing onto a beautiful undercover terrace adjoining a sparkling new swimming pool which is heated in the cooler months*, sun drenched tropical gardens, and views to the national park. Perfect to enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the children cooling down in the pool, relax and read a book, or alfresco evening dining under the stars. The modern kitchen is bright and spacious and benefits from all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine, starter coffee pods and basic pantry items. If you love to cook, feel free to select fresh, organic, seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs from our kitchen garden to add a healthy touch to your meal There is an undercover outdoor dining area with BBQ off the living area and kitchen, with soothing water feature and is surrounded by leafy tropical foliage.

If you are cooking in the kitchen you can feel like part of the party by chatting through the large open servery window to your dinner guests. Enjoy an evening movie on the huge flat screen TV, cuddled on the comfortable couch after a busy day at the beach.Two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, and main bathroom (with separate toilet) are also on the main level. The second story of our home is dedicated to a luxury master retreat. You are greeted by another living area with TV when you reach the top of the stairs. This is followed by a large king master bedroom with gorgeous views over a lush rainforest setting. A generous walk-in-robe and master ensuite is also on this level. Just perfect for a couple wanting to get away from it all. Our home is located at the trail-head of the Noosa National Park walking tracks and a 6 minute walk to funky Duke Street gourmet cafes and award winning restaurants. A mere 8 minute's walk to sheltered North Sunshine beach or an 8 minute walk in the other direction to the patrolled sunshine beach.
The large 4 bedroom home will leave you wanting for nothing. In 25 minutes you can walk through the stunning Noosa National park, get in touch with nature and find yourself at Hastings Street sipping lattes or spending the day on glorious Main Beach. Private, quiet and peaceful
