No aircon in main area only a small aircon in bedroom which was noisy very very hot until about 4pm each day. Had two ceiling fans with noisy bearings. Bed pillows were huge and hard and bed had no bedspread just cheap polyester blanket. Was above restaurant and street noise was bad until late each night. Staff wete friendly

A happy helpful receptionist, in a beaut place, walk able to everything, 2 doors from the beach, secure parking and a view. I have not found better value in Caloundra

Overall, it was good, bit tired looking. Kitchen wasn't brilliant, unfortunately no dishwasher and not well stocked. It was only a 3 night stay, so didn't really impact us, but I wouldn't chose here for a longer stay.

Friendly staff, good size rooms and a very large balcony. Also had comfy furniture with a good size kitchen.Had plenty of utensils and cooking facilities. A very pleasant place to stay.

The apartment we were given, 501 was on the top floor overlooking the beach area. A balcony provided outside space with the great view to people watch. Dinning options were wide entailing only a few minutes walk. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Caloundra. Well done to the Belaire team

Fantastic rooms, very spacious and clean. There are everal streaming services available on TV and ability to log into your personal account on a couple of other platforms (ideal for us as weather was very wet during our stay). Free to air channels are all available as well. Very close to restaurants, coffee and beach. Shopping precinct is very handy as well. Major supermarkets are probably 2 to 3 km away. Check in and departure were very easy.
