The Space:

Step inside and soak in the natural light and breezy open-plan design with ducted air-conditioning throughout. The ground floor invites you into a sun-drenched living area with a plush chaise lounge and smart TV, a stylish dining space for six, and a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and everything you need to feel at home. You'll also find a powder room, laundry, and a cosy chill-out nook with books and games, double garage and a cosy outdoor area. Slide open the glass doors and step outside to your private alfresco area—complete with a gas BBQ, dining setting, and your own plunge pool surrounded by tropical vibes. Perfect for sunny afternoons or evening drinks. Upstairs, a second lounge area with a sofa and smart TV offers more room to spread out and relax. In total, the home can sleep up to eight people.



The upstairs sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, ducted air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a walk-in wardrobe, and direct access to a luxurious private ensuite.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): This elegant ensuite includes a double vanity, bath tub, walk-in shower, and toilet for a spa-like experience.



Bedroom 2: This lovely room is complete with a queen bed, ducted air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe for comfort and convenience.



Bedroom 3: Perfect for the kids, this room includes a double bed, single bed with trundle (sleeps four total), ducted air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a built-in wardrobe.



Bathroom 2: The main upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home. There is space to park up to two cars in the double garage and one in the driveway.

Welcome to Bokarina, a laid-back coastal gem nestled on the Sunshine Coast, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. For those who love the outdoors, there are numerous walking and cycling paths that wind through the area. Best of all, you’re only 300m from easy access to the stunning Bokarina Beach, where you can swim, surf, or simply enjoy the sun. Bokarina is also well-served with local cafes, shops, and restaurants, where you can enjoy a laid-back breakfast or grab a coffee to go before heading to the beach. If you’re in the mood for a night out, the nearby town of Kawana Waters offers a range of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining, as well as a cinema and other entertainment. The nearest patrolled beach is Kawana Beach and Surf Club, just a 6-minute drive away.



Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 300m minute walk to Nicklin Way where the bus can be caught northbound and southbound.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
