The Space:

As you arrive at this coastal townhouse, you’re welcomed by a spacious, fenced front yard that is perfect for your four legged friend, before stepping inside to a stylish open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Large glass sliding doors open out to the front yard, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow, perfect for relaxing on the outdoor sofa, enjoying a meal at the dining table, or cooking on the BBQ. Inside, the living space features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, a six-seater dining table, and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, everything needed for an easy and convenient stay. Upstairs, all three bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned, each with ducted air-conditioning for comfort and privacy.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: A spacious and beautifully appointed master bedroom featuring a king bed, built-in wardrobe, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite, and sliding doors that open onto the front balcony.



Bathroom 1: The modern ensuite includes a shower, toilet, and vanity.



Bedroom 2: A coastal-inspired room with a queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, garment rack, ceiling fan, and sliding doors leading to the front balcony.



Bedroom 3: Ideal for kids or single guests, this bedroom features two single beds, ducted air-conditioning, a wardrobe cupboard, and a ceiling fan.



Bathroom 2: A newly renovated and generously sized bathroom with a vanity, shower, bath, and a separate toilet.



Downstairs:

Bathroom 3: Conveniently located near the kitchen and equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity.



Laundry: The downstairs laundry includes a front-loading washing machine, dryer, sink, and access to the rear clothesline.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the two-storey townhouse, including a single garage and a private, fenced front yard with an outdoor patio area. Additional free street parking is also available.



The Neighborhood:

Just 250m from Coolum’s main street and around 500m from the pristine sands of Coolum Beach, the townhouse is perfectly positioned for relaxed seaside strolls and exploring the area on foot. Coolum Village is only 300m away, offering a Coles supermarket along with a variety of shops and cafes. The Coolum Beach Surf Club, patrolled beach, and vibrant esplanade are about 500m away, where you’ll find bustling cafés, restaurants, and boutique stores. Enjoy swimming, surfing, or paddleboarding at the beach, or for a little adventure, take a short 8-minute drive to Mount Coolum and hike to the summit for spectacular coastal views.

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately an 5-minute walk (350m) to David Low Way where the bus can be caught to Noosa (northbound) and the Airport, Maroochydore (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*The townhouse is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
