This 2-bedroom renovated ground level villa is situated in a quiet area of the 4 star tropical resort in Noosaville. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, full kitchen, living room, dining area and laundry in single garage with sliding door out to the patio. The unit is very private and surrounded by tropical garden and beautiful views over the lawns to Noosa Tewantin Bowls club and plenty of grass for your children to play in safety. The spacious lounge has a 65-inch OLED Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. You will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge plus the 'essential' coffee machine with supply of coffee pods. The Main Bedroom has a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and supremely comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom has two comfy king size single beds. There is an extra fold up bed for additional big children you will need to bring your own linen. For little ones high chair and portacot available also, please bring linen for portacot. This unit has a single garage for secure parking and plenty of room for a second car in driveway. The garage is carpeted for children to play on a rainy day. The patio for outside dining is peaceful with beautiful views. There are noodles and boogie boards for you to enjoy too.
