Tripcony Quays is located on the corner of Maloja Avenue and Tripcony Lane Caloundra. We are located directly beside the Pumistone Passage waterway. Apartment 13 is located on level 3, at the pool end of the complex with 2 bedrooms, 1 x bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is fully self contained with laundry, full kitchen, dining area, lounge room that leads to a western balcony plus it has a private rooftop deck.
Bedroom 1 has 1 x Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single Beds. Perfect for a family get away to Caloundra. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches.
The apartment is accessed via carpeted stairs and each apartment has a single lock up garage with an opening height of 1.9m.
The complex has an inground, salt water, heated pool and 2 bbq areas. We also have our own jetty for the fishing enthusiasts.
