The Space:

Ground Floor:
The street level features a convenient double carport, providing parking space for your vehicles.

Level 1:
The first level of the home offers a variety of entertainment options, including a gym, games room, media room, and a bunk bed room complete with its own ensuite bathroom. Stay active in the well-equipped gym with a treadmill, assault bike, and a variety of weights. The games room has a ping pong table ideal for some friendly competition. The media room is the perfect spot to relax with a plush large sofa, smart TV, and an array of game consoles for your enjoyment.

Bedroom 6 - The bunk room is perfect for the kids and features ducted air-conditioning, a combination of 5 single beds, 1 queen bed, totalling 3 bunks, plus an additional queen sofa bed.
Bathroom 3 - The downstairs ensuite is complete with a walk in shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Level 2:

Bedroom 2 - Situated at the front of the home, this bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a king bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning for utmost comfort.

Bedroom 3 - With serene view of the pool through the windows, this room features a comfortable queen bed, wardrobe, desk space, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning for a perfect blend of comfort and style.

Bedroom 4 - The fourth bedroom overlooks the pool through its windows, features two single beds, a wardrobe, ceiling fan, and ducted air conditioning.

Bathroom 2 - The main bathroom, conveniently located between bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, offers a spacious layout with a walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity, and separate toilet.

Laundry - The laundry is complete with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Level 3:
Master Bedroom - Indulge in the luxurious modernity of the master bedroom, adorned with peachy accents and boasting picturesque views of boats along the Mooloolah River from its balcony. This retreat features a king bed, expansive built-in wardrobe, ducted AC and ceiling fan.

When you head up the exterior stairs to the rooftop terrace, you'll discover an outdoor sofa and umbrella amidst breathtaking views and refreshing sea breezes. Enjoy the picturesque outlook of the Mooloolah River stretching out to the ocean, complemented by vistas of Mount Coolum and the Glass House Mountains, with glimpses of the ocean to the east.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, with space to park two cars in the carport. There is also free on-street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the beachside town of Buddina, the home offers the perfect base for exploring the area on foot, with beautiful Buddina Beach just 400m away and La Balsa Park, overlooking the Mooloolah River, a mere 200m stroll. Take advantage of the scenic Point Cartwright Walk while immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast at your own pace.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
