This 3 bedroom 1 bath 1910 home is filled with beautiful woodwork and a cozy feeling throughout. All bedrooms and 1 full bathroom located on the 2nd floor of the home. The main floor features a full kitchen with stackable washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator. A separate beautiful large dining room as well as a cozy comfortable family room. The perfect house to spend time with your loved ones including your family dog 🐕! Fully fenced yard with dog friendly neighbors!

Cozy 3 bed 1 bath traditional home! Enjoy the charm of older architecture in this beautiful home. The home features a Large beautiful staircase with a stained glass window facing. Plenty of space for 1 up to 6 for families and those traveling with fur babies. Up to 2 dogs allowed under 50 pounds. 3 bedrooms on 2nd level with 1 full bathroom. Main level features full kitchen with stackable laundry, separate dining room and livingroom.

Entire home is available however we ask guests to stay out of the basement unless access needed to the electrical panel.

Up to 2 dogs allowed. 1 extra large kennel provided along with dog waste bags. $75 pet fee per stay.
Please clean up after them in the yard.

The house is in a nice central location, we were in the area to visit family in Duluth, and this home was about 15 minutes away. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking the dog. Backyard is fenced in, with a nice firepit with seating and a small charcoal grill. There is off street parking. The owner included many nice touches with large dog crates, extra blankets and pillows, towels, paper products and shampoo. Beds were comfortable and shower has great pressure. Air conditioning more than adequate, smart tv in living room, nice stack washer and dryer- we enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return!

Perfect location and wonderful home for a weekend away

We were in the area for a long weekend. This home was in a great location for activities in both Superior and Duluth. Kelli was an amazing host and her attention to detail and communication was spot on. Highly recommend!

Super Dog Friendly!

This house is a dog owner's dream! There was a kennel, and multiple things set up for the comfort of the owner and the dogs such as blankets, towels, waste bags and bowls. The fenced in back yard made it easy for dogs to relieve themselves on the go, and the parking space in the back made it very simple to access the house and keep my vehicle off the street. Overall, excellent stay! Thank you.
