Holden Haven is a welcoming beach retreat designed for comfort, convenience, and memorable moments. The casual, open living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, featuring a well-equipped upgraded kitchen, dining area for 11, and a 50" Smart HD TV. Additional amenities include Roku and games for entertainment, as well as a full private bath with direct access to the porches.

The ground floor renter’s storage area includes a second refrigerator, charcoal grill, and other outdoor essentials to enhance your stay. After a fun day at the beach, refresh in the large outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Beach access is just a 3–5 minute walk away, located between 301 & 303 OBW. Enjoy great ocean views from the upper back deck and covered porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and towels are provided.

A Wonderful Week at Holden Beach

We had the best time this past week. Holden Haven was a great house. It had everything we wanted and more! So much room and very clean. We slept well and were very comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked. I definitely recommend this home. The beach was a very short walk away. We also rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the area. We made wonderful memories at Holden Beach this week.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location with very easy beach access, essential for all the back-and-forth with small kids. The house has plenty of room and was very comfortable, plenty of beach gear, kitchenware, and a pack and play and high chair which were clutch for us. The only issue we had was that there were no paper products (other than one roll of TP which was much appreciated :) ) and most surprisingly, no towels of any kind! If we'd known, we would have brought them from home, but we ended up having to air dry the first day and then go out and buy bath, beach, and hand towels. I didn't want to dock a whole star for it, but it was highly inconvenient.

Great stay

For a last minute rental, we lucked out! Although not oceanfront, it was an easy walk to the beach. And from the crows nest you could see the ocean. I guess our only complaint was that there wasn't an opportunity to recycle. The management co explained that renters had been putting trash in the recycle bins, so they took the bins away. The house was very well appointed and the kitchen was very well equipped!

The house is well designed and equipped. Easy access to the beach. The floors were not cleaned and sand was on the floor, but an easy clean with a broom. The kitchen sink was stopped up and the bathroom next to the kitchen had ants in the tub.

Definitely would recommend this property. The pictures of this property doesn’t do the house justice. We had plenty of room with 6 adults and 2 kids. The house had all amenities you could think of plus more! It was a quick 3 minute or so walk to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach home with easy beach access.

This property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The home was very clean and has all the modern amenities you could ask for. Our two sons (7 and 9) had a blast being beach bums all week. They didnt want to leave when it was time to check out. I highly recommend this property. My family and I can't wait to return to Holden Beach.
