NEW to PROACTIVE Vacations! “Holdin' Tight” is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with your very own private beach access! The short distance to the beach will have your feet in the soft sands of Holden Beach within minutes. The coastal décor, and updated appliances make this a dream home for your family vacation! "Holdin' Tight" is now PET FRIENDLY!

Walking into this coastal oasis your worries will instantly wash away. The inverted floorplan gives you views galore! On the second floor you will find your large open concept living room / kitchen / dining room, as well as one bedroom. Show off your expert cooking skills in the very well-equipped kitchen for your entire family to enjoy. Claim your throne during an intense game of UNO in the comfortable living room or enjoy watching your favorite movies on the large TV. The secondary living area is located on the 1st floor and offers peace and quiet from your busy day in the warm sun. Imagine waking up with your favorite morning beverage and sitting on one of your four balconies enjoying the views of both the glistening ocean, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Accommodating up to 9 guests this home will ensure everyone is well rested for the day ahead. Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor with a twin / queen bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 also located on the 1st floor and offer a queen bed, TV, and a shared jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Outdoors you will find many sitting areas ideal for family meals or reading your go-to book. The enclosed outdoor shower will make it easy to wash all the sand, and salty ocean water off. Enjoy your very own private pool, great for a late-night swim, or sunbathing. This home is sure to become your vacation destination. You certainly won't want to go home after your vacation at “Holdin' Tight”.

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Great vacation

If you are looking for a nice clean, quiet vacation house, this is the spot. Had everything we needed. Pool was great and dogs loved the fenced in yard. Ocean three-minute walk. Would rent again in a heartbeat!!

A Perfect Week at Holdin' Tight!

This home was exactly what we were looking for and needed for a relaxing family getaway at Holden Beach. We've stayed at several rentals before at Holden, but this was one of our favorites by far. The property is new, clean, spacious and offers beautiful views of both the beach and waterway. We spent most of our days in the pool, but it's a very easy walk to the beach access as well. Laura was a wonderful host, very responsive - and I appreciate all the items included in the rental that made packing and staying so much easier! We hope to return soon!

Not blown away

Why would someone design a home, especially with a pool, and place the kitchen 3 flights of stairs from the pool? I would recommend a full size refrigerator poolside. Also, management should have a better understanding of what the property does and does not have versus suggesting that everything should be rented. Seems to be a lazy approach to property management.

WOW!!!

When I first walked into the property I was blown away by the beauty of the location and the property, and the trip continued to get better from there! The proximity to the beach was amazing, and it just seemed like our hosts thought of everything. We had an absolute blast, and we will be going back for sure!

Great Getaway!

Wonderful time in Fall to get away, relax and play golf at four different courses. Holdin Tight was a great ‘base camp’. Beautiful accommodations. Nicely equipped. Very Very comfortable. Recommended highly. If you’re thinking about a trip in this direction…do it here!

Fun in the sun

Had fun and it was a nice property only issue we had was cleaning maids showing up mid week Trying to do a full house clean and they were there when we showed up on the first day till about 430 and living room was small for 6 adults besides that it was a beautiful place and had a great time
