The Beach Haus is located on a quiet neighborhood street right across the bridge from Holden Beach, NC and only 1.7 miles from the ocean. The immediate surrounding area (within one to two miles) is thriving and has grocery stores, beach stores, miniature golf, a water slide park, restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops, ice cream shops, boutiques, a public boat launch, public playgrounds, and a public splash pad.

🔹Pets are welcome for an additional $150. We can accommodate up to one house trained pet per stay. Please note: the yard is not entirely fenced in so you will need to bring a leash for your pet.

🔹Smoking and Vaping are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted inside of the home. Guests can vape outside of the home but cigarette smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee for smoking anywhere on the premises.

🔹While our cottage can accommodate small events, large parties over the maximum number of guests (5) are not permitted. If you have a specific request please reach out.

This bungalow with a loft was a perfect combination of boho and beach theme. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority and we so appreciated that. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. I loved having a washer and dryer available. The extra “beach” amenities were a bonus!

Enjoyed the house, porch and yard. Everything was clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed for a great week! Being so close to a public beach was a nice perk. What a great little town. We had such a great time staying at this house! The house was very clean and clearly well taken care of. It was also well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The location was perfect, everything is close by. The beach, grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, and gift shops were all within a quick drive. The yard was another highlight — very nice yard and back porch area which was the perfect space to relax with our dog. We especially appreciated that the host was welcoming and flexible about accommodating our larger dog — that kind of hospitality is hard to find and meant a lot to us. We’d definitely stay here again!

Cute little home, just the right size for our family of 4. Nicely decorated and with many of the essentials. Quiet neighborhood, but still close to the beach and a grocery store. The beach chairs, towels, and wagon were a big help, and the outdoor area had nice seating. We’d love to come back sometime!
