Waterfront Beach Cottage on beautiful Holden Beach

This is a canal front cottage directly across Ocean Blvd from the beach. So you have the best of both worlds, park your boat at the 14'x14' dock or walk across the street to the beach.

This house is also convenient to both the only grocery store on the island and the Holden Beach Fishing Pier as both are within a couple hundred feet.

The house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a newly renovated large living area and kitchen in the center of the house. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and two bedrooms contain two full size beds.

The is a wide covered deck overlooking the canal that spans the width of the house and similar deck out front of the house that is perfect for sunning.

There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach

A great time with family and friends!!

Nice and cozy 4 bedroom house. Nothing outrageous or fancy, just nice and relaxing. You can fish or catch crabs in the canal behind the house. If you happen to like ice-cream. There's a ice-cream shop right across the street. We all had a great time and enjoyed the stay!!

Great place!

This was our second time staying. Perfect location for us. The beach and general store are across the street, as well as an ice cream shop. The house was clean and everything was just as described. Ms. Pat is an awesome host. My family and I are looking forward to possibly staying for our third time next year.

Frank's Folly Fantastic

We had a great fun filled vacation week at Holden Beach. The entire family enjoyed Frank's Folly. Clean house, great ;location, spacious for our family. Hopefully we can stay again next year when 2024 schedule is available!

Wonderful time with family

What a week! The house was very close to the beach, and had the canal with a dock out back (my daughter caught an eel from the canal). 11 of us including out children and grandchildren - house was just what we needed.

Family Vacation

The view and the location were wonderful. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs . The sleeping arrangements for our family were not ideal because of the height of our 5 guys. Beds would work well for younger children. Our only issue was with check-in. We had to contact the owner who had to call a locksmith to repair the lock. She did respond quickly to our call.

Great family vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect location for everything. We were steps away from the beach, the General Store, the pier and ice cream shop. My grandkids enjoyed fishing off the boat dock every day. Plenty of room for them to run and play outside. My only complaint is the cleaning company could do a better job cleaning the house in between stays. The ceiling fans and ceiling around the air vents are full of dust and under all the furniture were dirty. Both of my 1 year old grandkids kept finding food, crumbs and other items that were not ours.

Very Enjoyable!

The property was in a great location, next to grocery store and pier. No problem docking our 22' boat at the floating dock. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again!

Will Stay Again

The owner was friendly, and communicated with us ahead of our visit. She also told us to call if we had questions. The property is conveniently located and just across the street from the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms well furnished. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

Clean, comfortable, perfect vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The main living area is newly updated and very pleasing. The kitchen is clean and very well stocked. I love the layout of the rooms and the home was plenty spacious. We LOVE the location. We kayaked and fished the canal and waterway. The beach was a very easy walk just across the street. There is also a small grocery store and ice cream shop within walking distance. And the property owner is very pleasant to work with! I would definitely like to vacation here again!
