This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5 -bathroom beach house is your ticket to sandy toes and ocean breezes in laid-back Holden Beach, NC. Located just a hop, skip, and a jump (200 feet) across the street from private beach access. This pad is perfect for those who want to roll out of bed and onto the sand in no time. Forget the fancy stuff, this beach house is all about easy living and good vibes. Inside, you'll find room for the whole gang.

With 5 bedrooms, everyone gets their own space to crash after a day of sun-soaked adventures. The 4.5 bathrooms mean no one has to wait too long to wash off the sand and sunscreen. There is an additional outside private shower on the ground level.

WOW! We have been to a lot of beach houses from right on the beach to a few rows back but this location was PERFECT! The house was beautiful and well equipped and I can say we all had a relaxing stay. Thank you for this awesome place to stay at our favorite beach. If I could give 50 Stars I would. I cannot say enough great things about this house! There was plenty of space, and the walk to the beach was a short 3-5 minute walk. The house had everything we needed. The kids loved playing games in the porch and we made great memories. We hope to come back next year!

We had an amazing week. There was some trouble with the electronic lock, but the host was very responsive and had a resolution for us. We had plenty of room for our group, which was 2 families with adult/teenage children. The kitchen had what we needed when we prepared meals several nights. The location was amazing. Right across the road to the beach!

Our family of 10 (2 children) THOROUGHLY enjoyed this house! Three bedrooms had their own private baths. The othe two bedrooms shared a hall bath (This was perfect for my daughter's family with 2 kids).The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked! Also, the beach was only a 5 minute walk! Awesome place!!!

Family vacation

Words cannot express how much we love this house and enjoyed our stay. A truly beautiful home with everything you need for a beach vacation. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. We were all able to enjoy our time together and build priceless memories. The location to the beach is perfect right across the street. Perfect for beach therapy! Weber Kettle BBQ was a great bonus. We will definitely rent again.

Very nice accommodations, well supplied kitchen. It was nice having TV’s in all rooms since we had some rain during our week. The only negative issue we had was there were a lot of stairs and for us with bad knees it was hard at times but we had a very nice time.

Relaxing Ramon's Roost

Our family & friends enjoyed another quiet and relaxing week, while staying at Ramon's Roost on Holden Beach! This was our third time renting the house and were just as pleased with it, as we have been in past. The house was a perfect fit for us! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, we had plenty of space for everyone. The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook large family meals. Also, the island has few restaurants, for those nights we choose to venture out. The house is located on a beautiful street, with less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach was private and not crowded. What more could we have asked for...we felt as if we were living the dream! We highly recommend Ramon's Roost and are already looking forward to our next vacation there! Cheers!

Relaxing family vacation

This property was great! Only one street from the beach- less than a 5 minute walk with easy access. The beach is incredibly family friendly. The view from the upper deck was great- ocean views! So nice to have all the beds and baths for our large group. Would totally recommend this house!
