We booked for a family room of 2 + 3 children, 2 double beds + 1 single bed, and got 1 double bed and another single bed. After showing them the mistake, they sent us another single bed with no pillow, blanket or sheets. Only after going to the laundry room ourselves, we took the bed sheets needed for that single bed. The smallest child had to sleep with us. They didn't have a pillow or a bed for him.

OK for a one night stay but too far from the town

New hotel so has a modern feel to it but lacks the basics e.g.soap in the bathroom and none of the staff seemed to speak English except when they asked us to pay for the room (in perfect English) despite having pre-paid through Hotels.Com. Breakfast was basic but ok. Very far from town. Cost us 300 baths in a taxi to get to the station.

Noisy-Rude Staff-worst breakfast in Thailand-

Bad customer service and Rude to my colleague on arrival. The room was NOT a deluxe had NO coffee in room or a kettle to boil if had to take own coffee Noisy from road and from lobby, outside main entrance hotel taxi and people talking all night. The worst breakfast I have had in Thailand, Ever”
