The unit has an open plan living area (with tv) with the kitchenette to one side. Both of the bedrooms have built in robes and share access to the central bathroom (with shower & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
The covered deck (with some arm chairs, side table and bbq) provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy the outdoors and has delightful water views of the bay. Parking is provided down the side of the house for 1-2 cars (a small boat may fit in place of a car).
Kitchen
The kitchenette is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker and a fridge. Meal preparation is possible on the BBQ, microwave & in the slow cooker - please note that the home does not have an oven or cooktop.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the living room, and a ceiling fan in bedroom one.

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.

Lovely place in a very convenient spot. Loved having BWS next door; handy, well lit sign post for our accommodation. Clean, comfortable; I did have to clean the cutlery drawer when I arrived but didn't dampen our spirits. Would stay there again. Can you put a '1' and a '2' on units, save first timers looking wondering; as back unit not obvious.
Very clean , modern, well equipped, expesional location in the middle of most amenities and attractions. Very nice view, few minutes walk to surf beach which was very convenient for us.there was no cook top but we could prepare all our meals on the BBQ which also has a burner. Definitely recommended
Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any inconvenience caused. The phone number provided in the booklet was outdated, with the person on the other end becoming upset that their private number was on display. Rubbish service really. It's the small things that do end up being important and this cottage is overpriced for the service provided.
