Better Twin is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath beach home located 0.6 miles north of Surfside Beach Pier. This house features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, dishwasher and microwave, LVT flooring throughout the first floor, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six Smart HDTVs, DVR, DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, four queen, and two double-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a private 12-by-24-foot swimming pool with a saltwater filtration system, two decks with partial ocean views – one is adjacent to the living room, and a charcoal grill. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
