Awesome Time

Great time, book through the realty website, not VRBO though. No need for VRBO's giant fee, and the property managers can contact you more easily.

Late in the season rentals can expect some needed maintenance. Dunes Realty sent maintenance people out in a timely manner for our needs.

Seahorse Stables

When we first arrived there were still linens laying on the floor the pool and garage area was filthy. There was toys laying everywhere. We called maintenance to fix a shower and they never showed, there was mold on curtains and on the one first bedroom ceiling. The second floor dryer was broke and the first floor dryer had to be ran three times for the cloths to dry. There was many cockroaches on the first floor. The comforters were stained. The side of the house on the outside was rotting and siding was peeling off. Stairs were filthy and some TVs did not work. Pool was dirty
