Serenity by the Sea - Six Bedroom, Five Bath House with Private Pool

Serenity by the Sea is a six-bedroom, five-bath ocean view beach house located 0.6 miles south of the Surfside Pier and directly across the street from public beach access. This second row property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel black appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a beverage refrigerator, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Eight TVs (70-inch Samsung in the living room and family room, 50-inch Samsung Smart TVs in bedrooms) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and four queen-sized beds, plus one twin-over-double futon bunk bed and one queen-sized sofa bed. A pack-n-play is available for guests with small children. Outdoor amenities include a 14-by-24-foot private saltwater filtration swimming pool with pool furniture, including an oversized picnic table and benches. Upon request, the pool may be heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 55°F for an additional $300 on weekly stays. Please note: Chairs, umbrella, beach, and pool toys are provided. As well as sundecks, a covered porch, an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, a pool shower, and a gas grill. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.
