Everything was absolutely fantastic. The house is immaculate, and very welcoming. It honestly felt like a home away from home which is exactly what we needed. It easily accommodated our 10 person booking, with rooms to spare. Will forsure book again!

The property served as a comfortable space for a reunion of 7 seniors. The spaces suited us well. The place was clean but not immaculate, which also suited our group. The host was helpful and the whole process very easy.

Overall the property has been let go including the landscaping. An emergency plumbing problem was dealt with efficiently. Renters need to be made aware that there is a tenant living in the basement (we were never advised about this!)

Just what we needed.Huge place for 10 of us we all had our own room. Most of our group is from the US it is perfectly so close to the border and local amenities.We had a retreat for our staff and directors, we needed quiet and lots of space, this place was perfect for our needs. Beautiful place, everything was perfect.

Nice rental in Surrey

After a previously arranged property reservation fell through, we were left scrambling for a place to stay on our final few nights of international travel. This home was much larger than our family of four needed, but we were grateful to find a place with a few available nights. Paul was a gracious host and made us feel right at home! An unexpected gem here is most certainly the backyard! The hot tub, fire, and outdoor furniture made for very relaxing evenings- not to mention the open space and sprawling lawn. As noted, we were a small group, but this home/property would lend itself well to guests who need more bedrooms/bathrooms and space. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Thanks again, Paul, for taking excellent care of our family!
