Best hotel in Changshu

I always stay here when I visit Changshu for work. It's a standard Crowne Plaza but better than other four star properties I have seen. Comfortable stay.

Good stay in Changshu!

I stay here everytime I visit Changhsu for work. It is the best hotel there. Rooms are nice. Some more dated than others. But convenient and clean.

no hot water after 9am

This hotel should be rated a one star hotel. The hotel turns off the hot water after 9am each day. There is no advanced notice letting you know this before you check into your room. There is no note in the room telling you they turn off the water at 9am. They do not let you know this in any way. The hotel does not clean their dishes. The property is rude and does not care about customer service. Don't book this hotel.

This hotel is very dirty. They do not clean the dishes or restrooms. The hotel does not offer hot water after 9am in the morning. They do not give you advanced notice when you check in that hot water stops at 9am. Do not stay at this hotel. When you ask them anything, they are so rude. They do not care about customer service. This hotel should be rated a one star hotel. They do not clean things.

Best hotel in Changshu

I stayed for couple of days in Crown Plaza Changsu. Without any doubt it is best choice among the available ones in Chnagshu. I enjoyed every bit of my stay from comfort, food and leisure. Will definitely recommend to all visiting this.
