This wonderful vacation home is located on a spacious plot of about 5700 m² and has a heated outdoor pool and fenced garden area. In the basement there is a recreation room, bedroom and bathroom without windows, while on the first floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen, bedroom and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which the master bedroom has the bathroom with hydro-massage tub. Underfloor heating and a fireplace stove conjure up coziness in the cold season, meanwhile two air conditioners provide the right cooling on warm summer days.

Bombastische Villa in Rastane Donje nähe Zadar
Wir waren mit 10 Leuten in dieser Villa und man kann nur sagen es ein wahrer Traum! Ein Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, 4 Bädern, einer Whirlpoolwanne, einem wunderschönen Pool direkt vor der Terrasse was würde man denn mehr wollen... Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich und jederzeit bei einem möglichen Problem sofort zur Stelle. Einmal haben wir eine sehr herzliche Einladung von ihm mit ihm zusammen Fisch, Fleisch und versch. Gemüse zu Grillen sehr gerne wahrgenommen. Hier würde ich jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!!
