This beautiful stone house is located in the small village of Rezanci in inland Istria. The house has been completely renovated and the native appearance of a special atmosphere is enriched with modern decoration. The house consists of two units with separate entrance, which makes it ideal for two families or groups of friends. On the first floor there are living rooms, and a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. In one unit, the dining room is larger, so guests can dine together if they wish, which they can do in a traditional tavern or on a covered terrace in the courtyard. The courtyard is completely fenced and designed for both children and adults, who, in addition to the pool, will especially appreciate the shade of a centuries-old tree. In nearby Svetvincenat, a monumental stone fortress from the 16th century can be seen. The location is ideal for an active vacation and a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. Heading west, you will be greeted by beautiful Rovinj and its picturesque old town. To the east, the tourist Rabac and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea await you. If you head south, you will arrive in Pula, where there are many monuments from the past, such as the Roman amphitheater. To the north are picturesque medieval towns, such as Motovun, where an international film festival is held every year at the end of July. Driving along many wine roads, you will come across local taverns offering local delicacies.
