If you want to spend your vacation in a cottage surrounded by the greenery of nature, this is the right choice. It has a very large plot of land, which invites you to walk and relax and offers your children enough entertainment and free space. At the house, which consists of two separate residential units, there is also a swimming pool, which will give you refreshment in the hot summer days. The vacation home is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, but you can easily explore it by car in all directions in only about half an hour.

Traumhaftes Gelände

Eine schöne Zeit in einem tollen Haus auf einem Traumgelände. Der Pool ist ca 8x5m und durchgängig ca 125 cm tief, was Familien mit kleinen Kindern beachten sollten, eignet sich aber deshalb super zum Schwimmen und Spass haben für große Kinder ;). Das Haus besteht aus zwei getrennten Wohnungen einmal für 6 Personen und einmal für 2 Personen + Klappsofa im Wohn/Essbereich. Die obere Wohnung ist vom Zustand und Einrichtung besser im Schuss, als unten. Dafür ist es unten auch dann angenehm, wenn im August die Mittagshitze zu heftig wird. Das Gelände ist traumhaft. Man hat ausreichend Fläche und jede Menge Spielangebote von Billard + Tischkicker über Tischtennis bis zu Volleyballl + kleinen Fussballtoren. Dank der rundum Einzäunung kann man auch Problemlos KInder/Hunde rennen lassen, solange man den Pool im Blick hat. Die Fahrräder am Haus sind leider etwas aus der Wartung, Luft ist mangelware und die Gangschaltungen sind nicht gut eingestellt. Wer die nutzen will, sollte Werkzeug + Luftpumpe mitbringen. Das Haus liegt im Hinterland, was man bei der Buchung bereits sehen kann, der Supermarkt in ca 2km Entfernung ist sehr klein und eher für das schnelle Auffrischen von Brot und Getränke brauchbar. Für den großen Einkauf fährt man ca. 15 Minuten nach Vodnjan.
