Villa Raul is a traditional Istrian house that was completely renovated in 2006. It is located in a small Istrian village called Režanci, not far from Svetvincenat and only 12 km from the coast of western Istria. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wooden and stone elements dominate the beautifully furnished interior. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room and a living room with additional sleeping possibility on the couch. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. The outdoor area is dominated by a private pool with sun loungers and the partially covered terrace with barbecue invites you to relax on hot summer evenings. Alt und verlebt

Der Aussenbereich war sehr schön angelegt und überzeugte uns. Als man im Inneren genauer hin sah waren sehr viele Defizite die uns am Ende auch früher abreisen ließ. Leider ist es nicht wirklich sauber. Ob das Geschirr, welches nochmals gereinigt werden musste, oder die Bäder welche undicht waren und sich Feuchtigkeit durch die Decke drückte. Leider waren auch noch diverse Arten von Insekten im Bad Bereich vorhanden die nur auf zu Feuchte Dtellen zurückzuführen sind. Leider war das angeblich 4 Jahre alte Bett auch nur gut für den nächsten Physiotherapeuten, die Nächte waren leider nicht erholsam. Alles in allem leider eine schlechte Erfahrung.

Das schöne, klassische Natursteinhaus, liegt außerhalb der Touristenzentren idyllisch an einem Bauernhof. Nachbarn und Anwohner sind nett und hilfsbereit. Verständigung überwiegend in Englisch. Sehr netter Vermieter, der mit ein paar Tipps die Planung erleichtern konnte. Auch haben wir uns über die Fahrräder, die er uns zur Verfügung gestellt gefreut. . Die Unterkunft, ebenso wie der Pool, ist für 2 Personen super gee Ko

Erholsame Abgeschiedenheit

Das liebevoll eingerichtete und gestaltete Steinhaus ist ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Wir haben die zehn Tage dort sehr genossen mit Baden im erfrischenden Pool oder Ausflüge ans Meer. Einkäufe haben wir meist im etwa 5 Kilometer entfernten Svetvincenat erledigt. Der Eigentümer und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen. Mit mehr Personen oder Kindern würde es eng. 2-Platten-Herd, kein Backofen. Kühlschrank rel. klein. Schöne Badestrände am Meer, mit Pkw in ca. 20 min erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es nur einen Mini-Markt mit freundlicher Bedienung, aber recht eingeschränktem Angebot. Nachbarschaft überaus freundlich. Fahrrad-Touren in der Umgebung sehr gut möglich. Ausschilderung stellenweise noch verbesserungsfähig.

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Kleines, einfaches aber schönes Ferienhaus in der Mitte Istriens. Ländlich und abgeschieden neben einem Bauernhof. Alles sauber und die Menschen dort sind sehr gastfreundlich, gerne wieder!

Sehr schön

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und aufgeschlossen. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar noch kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch seine vielen Tipps waren Gold wert ( vor allem die Badestellen)! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Nur der Pool mit ca 18 Grad war mir persönlich zu kalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
