Located 10 minutes from downtown Asheville, this lovely 2BR/2BA oasis provides a charming escape near outdoor recreation and historic attractions. The interior features three smart TVs, a gas fireplace, and a coffee station.

The outdoor space includes alfresco dining, a gas grill, and a sprawling yard.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the welcoming living room, which features a gas fireplace, a 65 Roku TV, and a sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start your morning by making use of the fully stocked coffee station.

The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to create delectable meals, including a full suite of appliances, ample cookware, and an array of helpful gadgets.

BED & BATH

This apartment sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find comfort in the tranquil master bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, a 55 Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and a 55 Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The front and back patios both feature covered places to relax and entertain. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal. An expansive backyard offers room to enjoy the sunshine or play yard games.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. As an extra perk, you are welcome to use the adjacent fitness center free of charge (which is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). Fitness center includes one free tanning session per reservation.

Parking is available for three cars in the outdoor lot (which is shared with the adjacent hair salon and gym).

This lower-level rental is located adjacent to the main house at a multi-unit property.

THE LOCATION

Travel approximately 10 minutes to popular attractions and historic sites in downtown Asheville. Or pay a visit to the lovely towns of Swannanoa or Black Mountain.

Outdoor recreation abounds in the area, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and ziplining. Take a scenic drive through the gorgeous Blue Ridge mountains.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

This home is small but had plenty of space and was very clean and cozy. It was decorated for Fall in every room and so comfortable- the beds were great too. Everything was supplied, coffee included! Quiet Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Blessed with Beauty. I am taking the time to write a review because the previous reviewers helped me make the decision to book this place even though I was hesitant. They were right. This place is a gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had all the amenities we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown Asheville. We loved being able to explore different areas of town and then return to our cozy retreat to relax.Overall, we were very impressed. We will definitely book again. We highly recommend Blessed with Beauty for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you Al & Linda for an amazing experience!

Excellent stay, exceeds expectation

The pictures do not do justice to this place. We stayed during Christmas, and were wowed from the moment we walked in the door. The place is not large, but every corner is carefully planned and decorated. We had an issue late at night with the access code, I was thinking there is no way we could reach the host at 11:30PM. To our surprise, someone answered and resolved our issue quickly over the phone. We loved this place, everything is carefully planned and placed with instructions. My wife and I may make this our new Christmas tradition to stay here.

AMAZING STAY

This house was very charming, well stocked, and very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and 10/10 recommend this for anyone. There were so many amenities inside and outside as well as a gym and salon next door that you could use. The hosts were amazing and I cannot say enough good things! If you’re looking to stay somewhere close to Asheville without staying directly in the city this is perfect. A close drive to everything.

Snowed in and loved it

We came to enjoy the winter storm and we weren't disappointed 😊. The home is adorable and very well stocked. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. When the power flickered due to the storm and knocked the internet out, they immediately came down to fix it. They also graciously provided us medine when we couldn't get to the store. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great super clean place with all you need!!! Only little downfall is if your in the lower bedroom you hear the private residents above and might make it difficult to rest at times. Other than that we will definitely be back!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this home. Fantastic owners and extra clean. There was literally everything available in the home we needed or wanted and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The extra towels and supplies were wonderful. As VRBO hosts ourselves, we know what to look for and really appreciated the personal touches and helpfulness of the owners and their attentiveness. Look forward to staying again and highly recommend.

This place is so cozy and cute. The owner really did an outstanding job decorating. There is plenty of room for 6 sleepers and everything was clean and comfortable. Girl's weekend

I stayed with my two adult daughters for a long weekend and this was the perfect accommodation for us. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a king and a queen bed. The apartment is a little dark, due to smaller windows, but has lots of light fixtures (and switches). It is furnished and decorated lovingly and we found so much generosity for guests in every corner of the place - shampoo in every bathroom, plush and nicely arranged towels, perfectly equipped kitchen, coffee, snacks etc. (I could go on here). We definitely felt more than welcomed. Thank you so much for being such a nice and kind host!

Getaway to Asheville

This property was a nice and cute stay for our weekend getaway. Everything was clean, and the check-in process was easy. I would like to just give a few suggestions. I would recommend having some water in the fridge for guests. I also noticed a lot of noise from the upstairs residence, which sounded like children running around. This can be disturbing for guests. Overall this was a good place and was not too far from Asheville.
