No heating room felt like -1 terrible draft from the window, and to top it off, No hot water, breakfast was good we reported to the reception, to which, they said no one else had complained to be fair. Very disappointed

The heating did not, room really cold compounded by windows that did not close property. Once reported the put a small heater in which was ineffective. A couple of room lights did not work The carpets were heavily stained. The breakfast was cold, the fried eggs were Luke warm.

Hotel tired and requires updating. Only one lift working which could only hold three people. Room cold, heating system not working, bar area cold, not heated. Bed had thin duvet and no additional bedding. Breakfast staff very cheerful and helpful.

The room was awful. Damp on the walls. Damp smell throughout the room. Stains on the headboards and chairs. Television didn’t work. Very dates. Scaffolding outside the window. Absolute cheek to charge £100 for 1 night

By the reception, I could guess it was an old hotel. Only one lift, with a capacity for 3 people without luggage, was working. The room was disgusting. The bedsheet was dirty, the carpet full of holes. Went to the reception to complain and get a new bedsheet. They brought two new ones, and when I changed, I noticed the mattress was actually a kind of two-seater sofa, and it was wet. When I went to check the other bed, the bedsheet was also dirty. The 3rd bed my friend slept in was awful and she had to sleep sat on the bed. The heater didn't work properly either. The worst stay we have ever had in my entire life.

The room was good Value for money and staff great , breakfast was extra at £11 ,if you like a hot good quality breakfast then avoid the fried eggs like plastic sausage cold and cheap,hash brown and beans ok , toast had a weird taste.car parking was £10, normally I pay £5 at a similar hotel.over all hotel was A+

I booked this trip so my daughter could visit Swansea university with her cousin. I booked breakfast but the hotel told them I hadn't (have had this problem before with Hotels.com). They're only 18 so didn't want to complain but they said the TV didn't work and the toilet didn't flush properly either.
