I had a lovely stay at Carpenters Arms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, parking on-site was a good size, and the food was excellwnt. I had breakfast and dinner twice and was quite happy with all the meals and the service. The room was small but to be expected for the price, will definitely stay there again when I'm back in the Swindon area😁

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. All the staff are just lovely. From bar, cooks, cleaner etc. pub is warm and welcoming from early to late - open for breakfast and throughout for other meals. Great choices at reasonable prices. Local walks are stunning. The dog and I had a lovely time. We will be back!

The pub and hotel have closed permanently. I checked my emails on the morning of the stay and had to book somewhere else at short notice. The fact that I’m being asked to review something that never happened implies that Expedia were also out of the loop 🙁

Excellent pub, really good food.

Really lovely pub with restaurant. Really good food, good value, nice atmosphere. I'll definitely be back. Good location, especially for business travel.

Great little place

The hotel the staff the food all fantastic x couldn't fault any of it xx only spoilt by one of the other guests but when complaining to manager Claire it was soon dealt with, she couldn't of been more helpful and the Boss was helpful in that matter too x overall a great stay x
