Convenient / Easy Access

Great place to stay. We didn’t spend much time in the unit other than sleep there. But it was a very convenient base to explore, comfortable, clean and easy to get to and from with a car. The walk to the beachfront is about 20 minutes. A supermarket is right around the corner. Good for a couple. Tight for more than 2 people. Found everything we needed except toilet paper, which surely was just forgotten. Good quality and communication with the agency. Recommended.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub

Alles sehr schön,nicht ganz perfekt auf dem Balkon 2 Platten defekt,scheinbar schon seit 21 . Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ob Strand,Zentrum oder Markt ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfehle einen Stadtplan

Ferienwohnung mit Resrven

Wir hatten einen 14Tägigen Aufenthalt Die Wohnung ist mit gut zu bewerten. Der Balkon ist im schlechten Zustand Bodenplatten kaputt und Kübelpflanzen verrottet Sonnenschirm nicht vorhanden außerdem keine Liege vorhanden. Außerdem war der Balkon in der 2Woche durch Dacharbeiten (Hochdruckreiniger) total verschmutzt. Der Fahrstuhl im Objekt war 5Tage außer Betrieb. Trotz mehrmaliger Mitteilung an Vermieter wurden die Beeinträchtigungen nicht behoben.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weiter. Kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es für den Außenbereich (kaputter Sonnenschirm, verwitterte Stühle und Tisch, teilweise Boden beschädigt). Zudem gibt es nur wenige Küchenutensilien. Alles im allen aber eine schöne Unterkunft für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Gute zentrale Lage mit kleinen Schwächen

Sehr ruhiges Apartment in zentraler Lage. In 15-20 Minuten ist alles fußläufig in Swinemünde zu erreichen. Ausstattung für 2 Personen ausreichend. Für größere Gäste ist das Mobiliar etwas sehr niedrig (Bett/ Couch) Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Praktisch ist der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Für die Zukunft wäre nur eine etwas weichere Madratze und die Reparatur des Fußbodens auf dem Balkon wünschenswert. Tip! Wer sehr lecker typisch Polnisch essen möchte, für den können wir das Kurna Chata empfehlen 😋

Fast alles passte

Alles war so wie beschrieben. Zu bemängeln gibt es für uns zwei Punkte. 1. Das Bett war deutlich zu hart. Das lag nicht an der Matratzenhärte sondern daran das die Matratze nur ein paar Zentimer dick war und das Lattenrost 0 Zentimeter nachgegeben hat. 2. Auf dem Balkon war eine Bodenplatte gebrochen und stand hochkannt im Loch. Stolpern ist da selbstverständlich. Alles Andere war Top. MfG Silke und Michael H.

gemütliche FEWO in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet
