This large, split-level Federation-style home in Coogee has been beautifully renovated within the past 12 months, blending its original charmâlike high ceilings and classic featuresâwith modern comforts throughout.
Upstairs (street level) features a generous master bedroom, two childrenâs bedrooms, a cozy lounge area, and a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining space that opens onto a balcony with ocean views and a BBQâperfect for entertaining.
Downstairs offers even more space with a second double bedroom, a full bathroom plus an additional toilet, and a huge second living area or rumpus room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to a private backyard, ideal for relaxing or letting the kids play.

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Downstairs study will be locked for personal storage.

Ideally located just a short stroll from Coogee Beach, vibrant cafes, restaurants, and local shopsâyet tucked away in a peaceful pocket of this lively beachside suburb. Enjoy the best of both worlds: coastal tranquility with everything at your fingertips. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach the city and nearby shopping centres.

Parking space available outside house or street parking. 200 metres walk to nearest bus stop

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
